I called Baltimore Bimmer after taking my 2002 330ci with 216,128 miles on it ( my baby ) to the dealer for a diagnostic and was told by the dealer i needed a fuel pump and switch along with a thermostat and switch. I had just ran the car so i knew that was not it so i ceased them from working on it. I said allof that to say thst when i had ( my baby ) towed to BB I talked to the owner Josh and we had a long conversation and he let me know we will take care of you. They are 100% better at cusomer service and dedication to your car.... Im going back in 2 weeks for more work... Thanks Guys you the Best Real Talk
I have had my car serviced here for 3 years and I am always satisfied with the service. The customer service is outstanding with a professional atmosphere. Thank you Baltimore Bimmer.
Special thanks to Josh and Marty for top-notch service and going the extra mile to service my car on short notice. I really appreciate it! I'll definitely be back. Cheers guys.
If you have a BMW and live in the Baltimore area, bring it here, you won't be disappointed. My experience having the misfire on my 2008 335xi diagnosed and repaired could not have went better. First, I sent a very long message about my car's issue through the "chat" feature on the website, late on Saturday night, and got a response from Josh (the owner) almost immediately, he was actually writing back from his phone. Got set up to bring it in first thing Monday morning. Within a few hours of dropping off the car, I got a text with a copy of my inspection report showing the condition of various vehicle systems and what they thought my issue was-- a bad low pressure fuel pump. Marty called shortly thereafter and told me it would about $1000 to fix. At first I was extremely hesitant to give the go ahead on the repair, as I was convinced I had a bad high pressure fuel pump (known issue on these cars) and had read numerous horror stories from people who had taken their car to the dealership with what they assumed was a bad HPFP and ended up having the low pressure pump replaced by BMW based on the results of the diagnostic scan, only to have the misfire occur again as soon as the car was started back up. When I told Marty about my concerns, he went and got Josh on the phone so I could talk to him since he had tested the car. I explained my concerns to Josh and he told me he had confirmed the low pressure pump was bad with a pressure test. After talking with Josh, I was satisfied that he knew what he was talking about and had actually diagnosed the issue. Went ahead with the repair, the car was ready the next day, and it runs like a top again. On top of that, they washed and vacuumed it too. And only charged me $20 for the 3/4 of a tank of gas they had to put in to test for leaks. Can't ask for more than that. Josh is extremely knowledgable about BMW's and extremely transparent with the work at his shop, when I came to get my car he took me out back and showed me the old fuel pump assembly, explained exactly how it worked, how he figured out it was bad, etc. These guys have 100% earned my trust and repeat business.
Just moved to Maryland from Virginia and was at a loss to see who to take my Z3 to. After a bad experience with a local dealership, I found Josh and his team on the web, read some great things about his shop and liked what I saw on the website. My first experience was so positive that it won't be my last. They are responsive via their chat, text, email and phone. Their 32 point inspection is thorough and extremely professional. Getting it sent to you via text is extremely convenient and innovative. The service to my car was outstanding and the price very fair (and FAR less expensive than the dealership quote!). My car was returned to me running smooth and looking great. The front desk, the service manager and everyone I met was very friendly and helpful. Josh sets a high bar for the shop and you can tell they strive to meet it. Highly recommend them to anyone wanting their car in good hands and not getting the dealership "gouge".
This is the place to bring your BMW for service. They go the "extra mile" to provide prompt top quality service at a fair cost.
Had these guys fix oil leaks in my valve cover gasket and oil filter housing. This is without bias one of, if not the best, BMW repair shop in Maryland. Not only do they know BMWs, they are extremely nice and fairly priced. The repairs are insured, and beat the dealer or other Indy mechanics in terms of quality. I normally don't leave reviews but i was just so satisfied in all the work they performed. I will be a returning customer, keep up the good work guys!
I brought my 325 in for service a year ago and among other things needed the AC evaporator replaced. Not trivial in a E46. When I got my car back, it was as good as factory. A week ago it went in again for general service, AC condenser (wtf BMW?) and control arm bushings. Again, the car drives as new. Better than dealership service at a much better price. Josh and Jeb at Baltimore Bimmer will be servicing my car from now on.
Baltimore Bimmer did an excellent job repairing my 328xi. Thanks for everything Josh! Mark S.
Well all I can say is Josh and his crew repaired my mini, ALOT cheaper than the dealership did. They were very informative through the whole process and kept my blood pressure down...LOL. I will be returning for all the repairs and services on my wife's mini cooper, need I say more? Thanks again guys!
Baltimore Bimmer is a group of honest guys whom you can trust and keep on running your BMW running long with out unnecessary expenses.
What a WONDERFUL experience I had at Baltimore Bimmer! I phoned "Brian" from my usual BMW Dealership where I usually take my vehicle for service with an "issue". They not only wanted to perform a service that I did not need, but their prices were outrageous! Fortunately, I had kept an old "mailer" that I had received from this business. "Brian" went out of his way to help me - MUCH, MUCH more than any other auto service provider has ever done for me. I WILL DEFINITELY BE BRINGING MY VEHICLE BACK HERE FOR EVERYTHING! GREAT JOB!!!!!!!!
The extended warranty expired on my X-5 in August. In September, the battery had to be replaced & in October, the check engine light came on. In December, the brake lights came on and I immediately began thinking, "Why didn’t these issues arise before August?" My Son saw the advertisement on a 5 Series for Baltimore Bimmer. So glad I went there! With the complementary 32 Point inspection Joshua & Jeb gave me, I received a road map for the services needed immediately, and the issues soon to come. Thank you Gentlemen very much! Jeb even gave me a complementary car wash; I could see the rims again 🙂 Daniel looked so good, inside & out plus he can stop on a dime….again. gdmm
This wonderful Establishment is hands down the Best BMW repair facility we have ever been in! The owner and the whole crew @ Baltimore Bimmer have helped my family and myself with our vehicles at a very humble price! Also we feel like family with these guys and we will continue to give them our support. So with that said Baltimore Bimmer gets a 10 STAR rating from us. Thank you guys for working with us in our time of need!!
These guys are very knowledgeable and friendly. They taught me a lot about my X3. Their prices are unbeatable and their work is exceptional. I will never talk my car to the dealer ever again I prefer by far the services at Baltimore Bimmer.
Josh and Baltimore Bimmer were great when it came to replacing the brakes and rotors on my 330i. I give customer service an A+. They had my car ready to go in a timely fashion so I wasn't stuck without wheels for long. Josh was thorough and didn't try to sell me on cheap parts. Best value in Baltimore for maintaining your Bimmer. Thank you!
This shop is the greatest. How do you explain how valuable peace of mind is? I wanted an honest expert opinion on how to maintain my vehicle- I'm new in town and had anxiety after buying my first BMW used-2004 325xi-(by far the best ride I've ever owned.) Wow- Josh took the time to break it down for me and his recommendations were spot on. I just got back from 400 mile trip and new axles made a great ride noticeably better -also the price was fair and I know the parts are quality. Customer service is outstanding-they keep you informed- What else is there to ask for? another satisfied loyal customer
Do not have any doubt that Baltimore Bimmer is a reputable repair shop that offers competitive prices for their services. More importantly, the staff are such a pleasure to do business with and get to know. I came to know Josh via the BMW forums. My BMW was not working properly so I e-mailed Josh at the recommendation of fellow BMW owners. Several hours later, after he finished working, Josh went out of his way to come to my house to diagnose my car's problems. I was amazed that he took the time, at such short notice, to come and assist me. After Josh analyzed my car, he explained how certain parts work and why my car was not functioning properly in terms I could understand. I was now beyond amazed! People who know Josh trust him and have a high regard for his work. As a result of Josh's dedication and commitment to his work and his customers, I am a patron for life! Many thanks Baltimore Bimmer and much success at the new location!
In March of this year my car just stopped without any warning signs. I had it towed to a repair shop on Falls Rd. The owner told me that the engine was locked and it would cost me $6500.00 to repair it. He said it was not really worth it and offered me $450.00 for the 325i 2001 BMW with 71,00 miles on it. Well, I was flabergasted to say the least. The car was in very good condition. Fortunately a friend recommended that I have the people at Baltimore Bimmer look at the car. Josh really knows his stuff. Well, he was able to repair the car and explained exactly what was wrong with it and what caused the problem. The cost of the repair was very reasonable. Thank you Josh you are an expert in your field and extremely honest. I would recommend anyone who has a BMW to come to your shop.
I took my 2003 525i there last week. I'm happy to say that the problem I had with my AC belt pulley baron and tensioner is now gone. What I appreciate most and the reason why I'm writing this feedback is because the Master Technician/Owner allowed me in to stay in the work area and observe my bimmer being repaired; from start to finish. As an inquisitive woman, I try to learn as much as I can about my investment and they made that possible. Thank You!
